[the following short biogarphy was written by Anna Elizabeth Lynch (Robinson)]
Gramp Robinson was a slightly-built man, in contrast to Gram Robinson. I don't think he took much of life serious. I think she was the guiding hand in that family. Gramp was a story-teller, and seemed to me as I was growing up, to look on the light side of life. He ran the "Robinson Homestead" as a farmer, had a milk route in Marlborough for most of his life, and with the help of Edgar & Charles, also had chickens, a sugar bush(?) (maple syrup) and Gram made butter. She was a good cook, and of course, their meals were very rich, with cream & butter! They probably had pigs too, but I don't seem to remember them.
After the daily milk delivery run, Gramp always stopped at Rolley Lawrences stable, and visited with other gents in town, probably including Grampa Wiswall. There they swapped stories and news, and I'm sure this carried on through the morning.
